58-81 but it didn't feel that warm, even as the humidity began to creep up.
Another cloud covered day had us worried about thunderstorms that never appeared. Instead we were treated to miles and miles of quiet tree covered roads, where cardinals fluttered about. Most smooth, a few bumpy. (At least for the greater part of the day.) We road to the Arkabutla Dam Spillway, where people fished contently. Highway 304 makes the top ten list for scenic rides. Things are always more challenging coming into a city, Memphis is no different. Maybe it was traffic for Graceland? Or maybe Sun Records? We did ride past both. Or maybe it's Mud Island or Beale Street? With so much to see and do I'm sure riders will enjoy an adventure packed day off. Tonight we say good night to the sisters, Marti & Julie, who's trip up the river ends here. We wish them safe travels home, they will be missed.
