Indianapolis to Richmond, IN
Not a whole lot to say about today’s 75 mile ride that hasn’t been already said. Today was picture perfect as we headed out of Indy and worked our way onto Highway 40, which proved to be flat and fast. Temperatures once again reminded locals more of the Fall season then Summer, and the winds, although stronger than before, were pushing us along. Most riders made Richmond in a little over four hours of riding time. This meant they could do some sightseeing along the way. Some stopped off in Knightstown to visit the gym where the film “Hoosiers” was made. Others stopped along the way to talk to locals, and even lunch. Another easy day on the bike, one in which there were not many photo, as everyone was pretty spread out from me.
Tomorrow we quickly say goodbye to Indiana and enter our ninth state, Ohio.
Come back and see how they did.
